Welcome to The Barn Retreats — Where Creativity & Community Collide!

Looking for the perfect place to stitch, laugh, snack, and sew some more? The Barn Retreats are just what you need! Located right next door to The Quilted Cow Raymore, our bright, clean, and cozy retreat center is the ultimate quilting getaway.

Whether you're a seasoned quilter or just love a good sewing day with friends, we've got the space, the snacks, and the stitching vibes you’ve been dreaming of.

✂️ Here’s What’s Included:

• Your very own 6-foot sewing table with 2 outlets (perfect for powering your machine and your iron).

• A non-slip mat and foot pad to keep things comfy.

• A special surprise gift from The Cow (because we love to spoil our quilty friends!).

• Access to two raised cutting stations and a double-wide ironing station — no elbow wars here!

• Bottled water and coffee are on the house — bring your favorites too (just no alcohol, please).

• A chance to test-drive our longarm quilting machine and explore your next quilting obsession.

• An optional exclusive retreat project available for purchase — because one project is never enough!

🧵 What to Bring:

• Your own cutting mat, sewing tools, and favorite projects.

• All the notions and gadgets that make sewing joyful.

• Precutting your fabric is encouraged (but let’s be real — chatting is more fun than efficiency).

• A snack to share — trust us, no one leaves hungry!

🗓️ Retreat Schedule:

Friday

• 9:00 AM – Doors open, setup begins

• 11:30 AM – Catered lunch

• 5:30 PM – Dinner with 40 of your new besties

• Sew all day ‘til 9:00 PM

Saturday

• 8:00 AM – Doors open, morning show & sew

• 11:30 AM – Lunch

• 4:00 PM – Wrap up and head home with a full heart (and hopefully a finished project or two!)
